Robert Brady. Robert will need little introduction to anyone familiar with the world of e-commerce. After a career in customer service management and executive research, he established his first business leads website in 1995. He has since delivered several million real-time, exlusive leads to over 2000 companies worldwide.

He has also provided marketing and e-commerce expertise for dozens of businesses, including multinational and international corporations and has been successful in creating substantial and sustainable revenue for many companies.

Along with fellow team member Mike Barrett, he was recognised by the UK Government E-Commerce Awards for the marketing and development of the best new UK e-commerce site for 2003.

Steve's previous experience was very much geared towards database driven solutions (highly applicable to dynamic website content) and also as an aside is developing a sophisticated online educational resource for the school his children attend whereby there are a range of educational tools that the children can use to practice maths, words and IT skills using Macromedia Flash to its full potential.

Mike Barrett. Mike's experience encompasses the entire range of industries from finance, to manufacturing, to retail. He has been involved in the complete development lifecycle for software projects commissioned for some of the World's best known blue chip corporate names, including Reuters, Nat West, Lloyds, Standard & Chartered, and also for many small, single person companies. Starting his career before the invention of the PC and the Internet as we now know it, Mike has been involved in creating global communications solutions. In the late 80's and early 90's when the Internet was in an embryonic stage Mike was using the same technologies that were used to build the Internet.

Mike has spent most of his career working in the finance industry developing Global Risk Management and Trading Systems for many large companies, and indeed countries. These have involved the implementation of process based solutions pushing the bounds of the existing technologies of the times.

Currently Mike focuses on Web development, particularly in the more technical areas including the design and development of database driven solutions, integration with existing company data and general technical solutions. "Pushing the envelope" is a goal in our development methodology. Using "bleeding edge" technology for business benefit rather than for the sake of using the latest toys.
